What is a "facial ?"

A facial is designed to cleanse, exfoliate, smooth and improve the skin to promote clear, well-hydrated skin, as well as to indulge you in a wonderful experience of pampering and relaxation. Facials can be applied to the skin on your face or back.

How often should I get a facial ?

It depends on your current skin condition. Your Esthetician should review and discuss it with you. Generally speaking you should get a facial every 4 to 6 weeks.

What is a "Glycolic Peel?"

An acid from the Alpha Hydroxy Acids family, derived from sugar cane. This is the most effective acid to be used for peeling since its molecules are the smallest of all acids, allowing superior penetration into the skin.

What is a "Lactic Peel?"

An acid from the Alpha Hydroxy Acids family, derived from sour milk. One of the mildest of all acids, it is perfect for first time users and sensitive skin.

What is "Salicylic Peel?"

An acid from the Beta Hydroxy Acid family, derived from the bark of the willow tree. Known for its unique property to penetrate and break down the oil barrier that clogs pores. Works ideally on acne/acne prone skin types.

Will it hurt?

You may experience a warm tingling/stinging sensation, depending on the strength on the peel. Some areas of the skin may be red for a short period of time, but will soon disappear.

What is "high frequency?"

High frequency is a device whose primary is thermal & heat producing characterized by a high rate of oscillation current. It is safe and proven to be very effective on almost any skin condition like acne, sores, burns etc. It heals and restores quickly the skin’s health. Very pleasant and you’ll experience a therapeutic tingling sensation.
